At the beginning I was a bit skeptical because it took a few minutes until the license key arrived. After that, restoring the files went smoothly and perfectly.
The customer support is by far one of the friendliest and most helpful I have ever met. (already had a lot of contact with support :P)

EaseUS Data Recovery

I bought Data Recovery into 2017 and can't recall why I never used it, perhaps a difficulty at the time. A fairly new Apacer 2TB external hard drive crashed last week. Lost partition. No backup. EaseUS is recovering the 25,000 lost files successfully, and should finish within 12 hours. Thank you, the product works.

First of all the software is amazingly powerfull and well structured, all the data is recovered in it s origal state, folders, files and so on, nothing to say more the wonderfull stuff. Secondly the helpdesk is just perfect ; professionnal as wish, with a great sense of care, it s why I decided to take the life time licence.
